This is my first time opening my online store! Please be patient with me ^^
Where do you ship from?
All packages are shipped from the the US.
US orders are tracked and shipped with USPS Shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
Please allow me 1-2 weeks after it's placed.
Can I place and order with both in stock and preorder items?
Yes! But keep in mind I will be shipping your order when I have received the preorder items in 2-4 months so I can ship everything together. This includes Looky Mart Apron and Bandana orders.
If you would like the in stock goods shipped before the preorder items, please place 2 separate orders or reach out to me either on email, IG, or Twitter so I can send an invoice to you with additional shipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
US orders are estimated to arrive 5-10 days after the package is picked up. International will take and estimated 7-14 days after pick up.
How long do preorders take to ship out?
Production for items such as acrylic charms can take 1-2 months before I receive the goods.
For Looky Mart Aprons and Bandanas, I estimate it will be 3-4 months before I am able to send out these orders.
Can I change my address?
If your order has not been shipped or packed yet, please reach out to me and let me as soon as possible with the new address!
If you moved before I receive preorder items, please contact me so I can chagne the address or hold onto your order until your move is finalized.

GROUP ORDERS FAQ
Please contact me before hosting a Group Order, especially for international shipping as shipping costs is much higher.
Guidelines:
- GO moderators need to get my approval before opening a GO. Please email me or DM me on @emileafs on IG or @SilverElfyleaf on Twitter
- I will link approved GOs to my Twitter under my shop tweet.
- I am opening up GOs mainly for Bandana and Apron orders, but placing orders for my other merch is also allowed for GOs. I will ship everything with the Bandana and Aprons.
- Final orders will be placed on my shop, any additional shipping charges will be sent as an invoice via PayPal or Stripe.
